Leath, a retired veteran and the first African American fire inspector in Alamance County, our organization was built on a foundation of service, empowerment, and breaking barriers. Mr. Leath’s pioneering spirit and dedication to community transformation laid the groundwork for a facility that stands today as a beacon of hope and opportunity for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
